We are so pleased that we had Ashley and Jason sell our University Commons condo! The fact they both live there--Jason is right up on the fourth floor and Ashley lives in a first floor unit just like ours, in an adjacent building--was the key factor. Ashley did a great job selling the virtues of first floor living, while Jason was helpful analyzing the comparable units before listing and then negotiating our offer. They also recommended a fabulous attorney to handle the closing. This unit became an investment property for us over the last several years, so we are thrilled to have it off our hands, thanks to Ashley and Jason!
